About the project

Zoned for strategic industrial uses, it supports established and emerging operators across logistics, marine services, oil and gas supply chains, trade, warehousing and rail-connected distribution.

The estate offers flexible tenure to suit different investment and operating models, including development agreements that can convert to freehold, long-term ground leases and licences for short-term requirements. This enables both immediate occupation on serviced parcels and staged activation of greenfield opportunities as demand and servicing requirements evolve.

Darwin Business Park hosts a broad mix of major operators and supply base activity supporting offshore and onshore energy projects and Territory supply chains. The estate is home to companies including ASCO, Altus, Vopak, Toll, Linfox, Metcash, Qube and Northline, alongside major oil and gas supply base activity supporting INPEX Ichthys, Santos Darwin LNG and Shell Prelude operations.

A new land release is being offered with 12 lots for sale, ranging from 8,000 square metres up to 1.6 hectares, with exposure to Berrimah Road. Development agreements are available, and alternative tenure arrangements can be considered where a longer-term leasehold pathway is more appropriate.

Darwin Business Park has been identified as having strategic potential to support bulk liquids and fuel storage within the East Arm industrial area, supported by proximity to East Arm Wharf and established logistics infrastructure. Opportunities for additional bulk liquids storage will be considered subject to site availability, planning approvals and commercial arrangements.
