Kittyhawk Stage 1 Now Titled

Kittyhawk Estate Stage 1, Middle Arm Precinct is now titled. Stage 1 comprises of 3 lots totalling 32 hectares and civil works for the development included a new intersection and two roads.

Stage 1 of Kittyhawk Estate forms part of the Middle Arm Precinct, a larger across government project and it’s great to see the estate progressing.
