Kilgariff Estate is a staged residential subdivision supporting housing supply for Alice Springs. Stage 2 has delivered an additional 88 additional residential lots south of Stage 1, with a mix of lot types designed to broaden choice in the local market, including traditional single-dwelling lots and opportunities for multi-dwelling and lifestyle products.
About the project
Kilgariff Estate is a master planned residential community in Alice Springs, delivering quality housing outcomes through staged land releases supported by strong design guidance and coordinated infrastructure.
Stage 2 continues to progress with a focus on climate-responsive liveability, connected streets and access to open space, including a central park and pedestrian linkages as the estate grows.
Delivery is managed through staged civil works, titling and sales releases, with current activity centred on Stage 2B, the ‘Wattle Release’, alongside initiatives to expand builder participation and support local construction capacity.
LDC is also progressing broader master planning and future stages in collaboration with Government to ensure a consistent pipeline of residential land supply for the Alice Springs community.
